War on White Skin Addiction - Bavma

On 14th June 2025, South Africa Men's Cricket Team defeated Australian Team in World Test Championship final played at Lord's.

South Africa in the last three decades used to be very consistent in reaching finals of the tournament but most of the time they Falter at the final line and earned a tag as "Chokers" in as recent as Dec 2024 in T20 World Cup final.

But this time, for the first time, SA is led by the their first Black rather dark skinned Captain

TEMPA BAVUMA, in a World Test Championship.

South Africa had the long history of White Skin Addiction & Fair skinned Englishmen ill treated the Black Africans in their own homes & treated them as secondary citizen. After centuries of struggle by number of freedom fighters including Nelson Mandela, SA got liberated from British just as many British colonies like India. Even after independence, SA cricket team was dominated predominantly by White men & black men were also included mainly by reservation quota. But Black cricketers like Makhaya Nitini, now Kagiso Rabada played on merits & in the final too Rabada & Lungi Ngidi proved their skills in tearing the Australian batting lineup. 

Tempa Bavuma touching the pinnacle in his very first attempt by winning 8 Test Matches out of the nine He captained is praiseworthy.

Even in the so called, well developed nations, like USA or in Europe, developing Countries like India too is yet to fully recover from the disease of WHITE SKIN ADDICTION. In USA, Whites  predominantly vote for one party & Blacks still vote for the opposition party. Biggest social injustice all around the world happening are, there is discrimination on race, skin complexion, Gender, monetary biases, social statuses, Linguistic hierarchies all across the world. 

In this context, Tempa Bavuma's victory is even more significant against all odds. It is like Lord Muruga's victory over discriminatory
demons. In that unique victory too, The Lord forgives after the demons' realizes their mistake & makes them part of his victory transformation. Interestingly, Lord Muruga, is also referred as Sarva Bavuma**, all conqueror & also referring to his planet, Mars - which is referred as the Mars day in the week, Tuesday as Bavuma Vasara.

In Cricket too, Tempa Bavuma & team forgave all the "Choker" sledges by the Australians & many other insults from other teams enroute to the final, still could hold the mace. Hope the world accepts everyone as they are. Everyone is attempting the equilibrium state, but which is quite difficult as the Lord has made everyone Unique. That has been proved in Lord's too.

Lingo war of Tamil & Kannada 2025

 

Recently during the launch of His movie " Thug Life" , Actor & politician Kamal Hassan stirred a controversy by claiming Kannada is the Child of Tamil. Kannada natives took this as an insult to their mother tongue. 

Thugs of TN & Karnataka fighting a Lingo War on Tamil & Kannada connection. Ironically Dravidian Tamil's consider Kannada native EV Rama samy naicker as " Thanthai" meaning Father. Then the Draividian model politicians may even claim, Periyar's mother tongue is Tamil's mother tongue too. 

When RCB won 1st IPL title - slogan " Ee saala Cup Naamdu " become famous, where the word "Naamdu" resonates with Tamil's "Namade" meaning "ours". Modi always tells international forums " Tamil as the world's oldest Language "

Kannadigas don't fight over lingo because you are also "Naamdu" . Listen to MGR's unifying song " Naalai Namade Naalum Namade"

Since Tamil & Kannada are spoken in the adjacent landscape there's lots of give & take. But since Tamil is already established as the oldest language of India, it is natural, most of the neighbouring languages have evolved out of Tamizh over due course of time.

Even within Tamilnadu, Tamizh has different lingos like Kongu lingo ( Around Coimbatore Districts -western belt ), Madurai Lingo , Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi lingos etc... 

Fighting for supremacy is utter waste of time as present day Tamizh is nowhere near the original language spoken several thousand years ago. Even the letters have changed. 

Only consistent thing is change. Accepting & adopting changes is part of evolution.

No language is inferior to any other Language. 

That is the Basic wisdom, we should have realized by now.

P.s. After writing this post, we received the message about the stampede deaths outside Bengaluru Chinnasamy Cricket stadium, while RCB celebrated its maiden IPL victory in Bengaluru.

Fanaticism Kills is the message. Dont elevate Cricketers or Cinema stars more than their ordinary status. Every Life is valuable.
