On 22 April 2025 - Pakistan Trained terrorists killed 26 Tourists in Pahalgam Village in Kashmir immediately evoking Public anger against India's perennial enemy Pakistan, who have been spending only to train terrorists to carry out cowardly operations of Infiltration for last 75 years. Though it is a perennial head ache but Three armed forces, RAW, NSA, NIA, State Police Forces ensures Public is largely unaffected.Same with the China, Tibet , Bangladesh borders- all our border security arrangements are doing vigilant surveillance round the clock throughout the Year to keep the common public remain unaffected due to border tensions.
What is that most horror inflicting enemy of India ?
On the end of April 2025, there was a announcement about Government planning to include caste based census in census survey of the population.It is the Caste based reservation that India is bleeding on for the last 75 years. India aspiring to be a 3rd Largest economy is severely handicapped by the reservation criteria infiltrating in every strata from Birth to Death.
Technically speaking nearly 90% of the Indians does not practice any hereditary practices as did by their ancestor 75 years ago.
What was once an oppression & untouchability practiced a century ago is no longer practiced in India.
The Main discrimination every society be it Hindu, Muslim or Christian is only being practiced based on one's economic status. Ultra Rich, Rich, Middle Class and Poor are the current caste identities.
High earning boy or a Girl does not seek the alliance of a low earning Girl or a Boy with low earning potential.
Rapid urbanization decreased Caste discrimination :
Moreover none of the present generation of Youth have never experienced discrimination, oppression, untouchability especially in the urban centers where people are socializing without the need to know the caste of the neighbour. India is getting rapidly urbanised and every 50 Kms there is a city or big town has sprung up.
No Caste Certificate - No chance to know Caste:
If the Govt of India , more specifically the State Governments stops issuing caste based birth certificates none of the current day youth would never know what is their Caste by birth.
But the Political masters never want the caste issue to burn out. Flame Politicians keep, want to flare it up.
Dignity of Labour :
In the previous generations, people looked down upon others based on the profession one was carrying out. But the current scenario is changing, Barbaric languages like using "Barbers" have become obsolete & more stylish to call themselves as " Hair Stylist" , "Beauticians" etc...
There are people doing professional funeral services without the fear of becoming social outcast. People have become more & more professional to accept their professions as they are. More so because of international exposure through many forms of media.
For 2K kids, WWF & Mr. Undertaker is very popular. Though Undertaker is a profession name but this rough & tough man carries entertainment as his profession. This How Indian Caste system is also. None of them carries out any caste based duty carried by their ancestor.How fair it will be for Great grand son enjoy a reservation for the oppression faced by his Great Grand father ?
Indians doing very well abroad without any reservation
Now Indians are well employed in many foreign countries and are excelling in their professions mainly based on their skills without any reservations in any other country.
Hypocrisy of Politicians
Public - please note all caste craving politicians gets admitted for any ailment only in Private Hospitals where reservation is not followed up in recruitments of doctors in Private Hospitals. They will never get themselves treated in Government hospitals as Doctors, Nurses and all staffs are recruited by Govt based on Caste based Reservation.
Which simply implies Reservation reduces the quality of services ?Now politicians are aiming for reservation in Jobs in private
institutions.
Inefficiency in Public Sector :
Unlike private sector, where performance is the main criteria for growth in the profession, Public sector only caste based reservation decides who will go up in the hirerarchy. Even the most efficient & knowledgable have to obey, those whose only merit is the caste he/ she is born in.
So in any Govt offices States & Central, the Logic is 20% staff take all the responsibility & do all the hard works, rest 80% shall be just present without any meaningful contribution.
So most of the Govt owned / run institutions spend more money for the work extracted comparing to the private sector.
Unfortunately, all the govt institutions run only on the government machinery at 20 % efficiency. So even if we have very efficient Prime Minister, the efficiency is not percolating to the common man, who finds it very difficult to beat the bureaucracy & political opportunism.
Most of the Political parties are run by street smart politicians, who only exploit the weakest link of the political system. Politicians wants to divide and rule the Public in the name of religion, caste, regions etc... without a vision for a long term.
So, the short sighted Politicians, want to pull down the efficiency to their comfortable standard. If the Country runs on merit, skill & efficiency, Those politicians who are in the public domain only based on Muscle Power, cannot be able to run the country according to their diktat.
Caste based Reservation was only for intial 10 years
The Constitutional writers originally drafted the caste based reservation system only for 1st 10 years after Independence. But the current politicians wants the country to be in Caste based reservation permanently and introduce the inefficiency to Private sector too.
Caste based census & continuation of Reservation is the Bomb ticking in every nook & corners of India, which even our physical enemies like China, Pakistan or Bangladesh can never reach.
Even in the lesser developed country like Bangladesh, students fought against Reservation.
In Monthly support money scheme for women started by Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, BJP 1st opposed it.But now like all the Opposition parties, BJP is announcing the same scheme in every state election.
In caste based census demand, all parties demanded the Caste based census survey for long time and BJP was opposing the need but now BJP Govt in Centre is going to conduct a caste based census through out the country.
If BJP is going copy cat every populist but economy draining policies for vote bank politics, How will India ever become a 3rd largest economy ? At present China's GDP is 5 times more than India's & USA is about 8 times that of India's. Caste based resservation system will never allow to grow & Compete with China.
Reservation based on economic status :
will be game changer & will include youth from all religion , all castes, all ethnic origins to come on a common scale. Already Mr. Modi went one step in this direction by giving 10% quota for economically weaker sections. Even hitherto lesser literate Muslim young men too, will look forward to grow, instead of being misguided by hard core radical elements in the society.
Recent observation by SC Judge Justice Surya Kant then said, "Reservation in the country has become like train compartments, people who have got in don't want to let others come in. This is the principle of inclusivity. Governments are duty-bound to identify more classes. There are politically, economically and socially deprived people. Why should they not get the benefit (of reservation)? Only a few families and groups are getting the benefit," he added.Hence it is high time - India stops discrimination based on Castes ( in all religions ) , Religions , ethnic groups, races etc... and build a society only to alleviate poverty & ensure social equanimity for all citizens.
So the first step towards that is by abolition of Caste & religion certificates - if we wants real development.
China, Pakistan, Bangladesh may be the physical enemy nations but the real enemy is deeply interwined in the wrong practice of Reservation by Birth right,which is hampering the aspiring growth of the nation.
Many politicians are in retrograde step to even include reservation in Promotions , in private sector etc...
They may even ask for medal reservations in Olympics sports too.
In many High courts, the issue of reservation keeps coming up & most of the Judges end up saying, remove the caste names on name boards, street names, Institution names, but it should be removed from Birth certificates & NO caste certicate should be issued.
Underprivileged based on economic status can be given special training to fare well in entrance exams & skill levels to be upgraded if India wants to match the economic levels of China & USA.
To all country men & women :
in the ongoing war "Operation Sindoor", how many of our soldiers are in the front line facing bullets, missiles based on caste & religion ?? None.
In the same note Reservation can be given & continued for the armed forces service personnel in all civil activities as they are putting their life in danger for Nation's & others sake.
Indian Elephant may be able to run through out its life but may never be able to fly like that Chinese dragon. That too Indian elephant has that fifth leg ( as shown in the Picture ), metaphor for the Caste based reservation, as an impediment in the path of growth.
