Dear Chairman of International Cricket Council (ICC)

We are writing this letter to bring to your kind attention that gross injustice has been meted out to Indian Cricket Team in the just concluded Cricket world Cup 2023 conducted by your organization.

Allegation No.1 :

India had won 10 games out of the 11 Games played whereas the Australia had won just 9 games out of 11 games played. But the World Cup was handed over to Australia against the fundamental theory of percentage of wins. It shows poor quality of ICC in Mathematics. This bias towards white skinned Australia like English nations have to be stopped once and for all. This unfair sports practices have resulted in Australia being declared as winner for 6th time, whereas Racially underprivileged led by a Black skinned South African team has been constantly denied the honor to stand in the podium at the Narendra Modi Stadium. 

Hereafter, in any Final , if at all Australia reaches the Final and plays second they must be made to score runs in 30 overs whatever the opposition scores in 50 overs. This will be social justice formula in cricket hereafter. If Australia bats first , whatever they score in 50 overs, the opposition should be allowed to score the same in 60 overs. Especially if it is Black African Tempa bavuma or from any oppressed / minority community batter is batting no fielder to should be allowed and every run he scores should be doubled and he must be given two chances to play. 

Allegation No. 2 :

Australian Captain Pat Cummins, found to be favoring upper caste Indians in the Final as he kept only two fielders outside the 30 yard circle, when a Brahmin ( OC - other community-forward caste ) Batsman Rohit Sharma was batting and he did the same thing next Brahmin, Shreyas iyer, who came to Bat at 9.4 overs and lasted only few balls. Whereas same Cummins was particularly very harsh against other communities players by not allowing them to score freely, choked them, oppressed them from scoring runs. He just allowed Virat Kohli to score a 51, as he is married to a Anoushka Sharma. The way he choked the runs from the bats of the Yadavs, Who are from other backward communities and batsman from minority communities two Mohammads of India, by keeping 5 fielders outside the 30 yard circle and asked his bowlers to bowl bouncers at them. Probably Cummins is more influenced by Glen Maxwell, as he is married to a South Indian Brahmin Iyengar, who was very aggressive even with Numb limbs to score a double Hundred against Minority Muslim Community from Afghanistan ( though Afghans are majority in their country but the law applies as it was played in India )

Allegation No 3

This Rohit Sharma, who naturally is very cunning as he is a Brahmin by Birth, never comes to bat between 40 to 50 overs and always prefers first 10 overs as he can score runs more freely than others and can claim to be most sixes hitting batsman in the history. Here in after ICC should bring in a law that he or another OC community cricketer hits a six should be declared OUT if a spectator catches the ball to bring Social Justice in to Play till a cricketer hailing from other backward communities are able to break the records. 

Allegation No 4

ICC was showing distributing cricket kits to children for every 100 runs scored in a match. But ICC has distributed it randomly without the prevailing reservation quota practiced India. In all the grounds in India, ICC should distribute at least 50% of the kits to Kids from BC, OBC, MBC, SC, ST communities and for every match played in Chennai, Tamilnadu - it should be 69 % for the children from reserved communities. This Law of the Land has been breached by the organizers and ICC should apologize and ensure all the Under Privileged children as per reservation quota policy get the kits and all those kids should be given free training in Australia.

Allegation No 5

ICC failed to honor and invite a Jat from Haryana, Kapil Dev, from participating in the world Cup events and deeply dented the prestige of the community. To rectify the mistake, ICC should confer SIR title to Kapil Dev as it was done earlier to SIR Richard Hadlee. Probably this humiliation was done to Jat community of Haryana by the upper class Shah community from Gujarat. 

Conclusion :

ICC, hereinafter have to sign a declaration that it will uphold the law of the Land where the cricketing events are conducted, especially in India, where it is getting the maximum revenue, when it is conducting any event in India. 

Finally, ICC should start implementing reservation quota system in all the future events to ensure fairness to all cricketing nations and restrict the frequently winning nations from winning further cups. Even if any Indian represent any other country, ICC should always verify his / her birth community before awarding any contract. 

BCCI has already started implementing the policy and have appointed a OBC- Yadav as its next Captain Mr. Surya Kumar Yadav and decided to retain their Coach forever Mr. Rahul Dravid as his both first and second name are well suited for social Justice. They also need to remove iyer from vice captaincy and make Kuldeep yadav or Mohammed Shami as the vice captain. 

P.S. This is just a draft and actual letter may come to you after 2024 Lok Sabha elections and Caste based census is conducted Nation wide. 

( This is the sorry state of India , where the chorus for Caste based Census, even after 75 years of Independence, politicians still want to divide people based caste, creed, color , economic status and Religion. In world too, different versions of discriminations still prevails It is we the people, have to denounce any form of bias or discrimination in any name..  )
